(erielack) GVT power on the new DL operation

This goes back a ways but I happened to click on a photo from a couple
months ago,

Anyhow it occurred to me someone at D-L must have a sense of humor, given
the irony in having an Alco/MLW unit numbered...   645(!) -  (which probably
was this unit's BC Rail number as well, from the looks)
