Dear Group,

Thanks for your responses so far.  Obviously, a simple runaround
movement was a possibility at any terminus.  Did the coach seats in the
lightweight "Phoebe"-series swivel?  What about other (non-commuter)
coaches used by the EL?

Having struggled with swivel-type coach seats myself, I sure wouldn't
have envied the conductor's task upon arrival at a terminus where the
train wasn't wyed!
