It has something to do with the character set your email program is using. I
just modified the listmail processor to strip off the the = and =20 if they
are the last characters of a line, if it worked they should be gone from the
quotes section above.

In general sending a web page to the list won't work as HTML is stripped and
images are extracted to the webspace. I removed all the images save for the
photo of the guy on the tracks from the webspace.

The easiest way to send text from a web page is to cut and paste the relevant
portion from your web browser to your email program.
