USA 89400 was part of a lot (89400-89499) built by ACF in 1945 for the US Army
Medical Department. It was a hospital car. I have a ton of information on this
lot (We are currently restoring the USA 89436). I guess this might be a trick
question since most of these hospital cars were not around in 1955.
Let me know if more info is needed.

Yes it does but I would almost bet that it doesn't include ALL
equipment. If you know what I mean.
