Hello, All! Saw what appeared to be an RS-3 in Octarora paint on the D&H overpass on Green Ridge Street. DL-134 is stencilled on the side. (Natually, no camera with me today) Anyone know the parentage of this unit, and what livery it going to get? (David J MV?)
