I have a Walthers car. It's a very good starting point, with the exception of the aforementioned windows and the roof (it's an X-panel, the EL's were diagonal panel). The Athearn bay-window roof it correct, but.... it's about 1 scale foot too wide! The Walthers dimensions are within 6" of the prototype on basic body dimensions, though. Anyone have thoughts on how to do a diagonal roof transplant?
