The Iron Horse in Westwood is a great place to eat (try the cheeseburgers) and full of a lot of railroad decor. Although they do not have a window facing the tracks (that would be a great idea though) they are right by the Washington Avenue grade crossing of the PV Line. You can, however, stand in front of or to the side of the restaurant and see trains.
