The large complex on the Lehigh Valley in Horseheads, NY was a facility
called "Holding Point".  I seem to recall reading that it was a supply depot
or collection point for the U.S. Army during WWII.  I went by there about
one week ago.  There are some businesses in there in some of the buildings
but, from a distance, it looks largely vacant.  It looks to me like it is
now an industrial park.  The layout of the place and the style of the
buildings certainly have the flavor of "WWII military".
