Subject: Portageville crash

In the early years of the 20th century two trains collided at the station in
Portageville.(1902?) The library in Portageville lost records hen the
Genesee River flooded the town around 1970. I think I have found a good
newspaper resource, but I need a date for the collision. Can you help me? My
great grandfather worked for the Erie RR and family oral tradition says he
was on one of the trains.
