(erielack) NS Shenango - Wallace Jct. Rights

Fellow Posters,
    The B&LE has just granted NS trackage rights on its RR from Shenango, Pa. 
to Wallace Jct., Pa. This would allow the NS to run freight trains from 
Conway (PRR) to Youngstown, to Hubbard, OH. (NYC), to Shenango (Erie RR) , 
then onto the B&LE to Wallace Jct, then east on the old NKP to Buffalo. The 
purpose of this is to relieve conjestion on NS. 
    I believe CSX is also  getting on the Bessemer at Shenango.
    This should make for some interesting railfanning.
