(erielack) New NS offices at Binghamton

I came across a few pictures of the almost-finished building being built on the 
site of the old freight house in Binghamton.  I read that NS was also to place 
some Industrial Development people here.   I guess some Industrial Development 
people are already in Binghamton in other office space, but will soon move to 
this building.  

There also is a picture of the renovated Chenango St bridge, complete with 
high fencing.  :(
