In practice, this would be next to impossible to
implement and enforce for the editors. Recently, a
similar instance arose in Railroad & Railfan when a
reader raised just such an objection to an photo taken
by one of the well known western-US photographers
showing a train about to enter a tunnel from the
perspective of the other end of the tunnel. It turned
out the camera's location was well off to the side, as
the tunnel was short, on a curve, and a long telephoto
lens was used.
