And we wonder why the railroads are reluctant to run fan trips. After reading 
the commentary of the Safety Officer, I think I can understand the reason. 

And it isn't good enough to say that there's only one or two out there who do 
these foolish things. All it takes is one fool to bring the trips to a halt. 
You have to wonder how long NYSW and Transit will keep taking the risk.
