(erielack) Erie Main in Western NY

I read a while ago either here or on a bulletin board that Gov. Pataki 
signed a bill for the state of NY to buy the Olean Secondary (ex-Erie main) 
from Hornell to the NY/PA state line.  Anybody heard anything new about 
this?  I was wondering if anything has shown up in the local papers along 
the line about this.  Also, I haven't heard any news about the section 
between Corry, PA and the NY state line.  Has there been any news stories 
about that?
