(erielack) Another Semaphore falls

The week of 8/20, one of the remaining 6 semaphores between Waverly and 
Endicott was replaced with a NYC-style tri-light.  The blade at 245-2 was 
removed, the original mast was cut down to half its size, and the new signal
head installed.

There does not appear to be a concerted plan to remove the rest at this time.  
It was reported that NS was doing some painting and inspection of the signals, 
and the poor mechanical condition of this one favored replacement.   The rest 
should be getting a new coat of paint.

And then there were 5 ...
