Mike,

	The CMO is the "Chief Mechanical Officer." Dave Huggins isn't too
computer-savvy, from what I gathered at the Binghamton meeting, but IS very
knowledgeable about EL motive power - he answered a lot of questions for me
about those RS3 (and PA) louvers!
