Re: (erielack) Canadian interchange around Buffalo



And on a modern note on this subject--- 2 or 3 of the former Niagara Jct
Steeple Cab electrics that were sold to MNCR were recently retired from
service at either GCT or NYP and were moved to Harmon for storage.  The
locomotives had been changed from pantograph pickups to 3d rail operation.
They hadnt been used for some time and had been kept as "backup" power.
