         This could be a awesome addition to a model rr. Think about it
during a operating session when the sperry car comes out it operats at
what speed max while in inspection mod? It would be much like holding up
trains in certian sideings for one of those EL hi/wide loads that we
specialised in in out hey day!! Just my 2 cents.
