(erielack) Error-DL&W Cement Cars

So much for sweeping statements and eye witness reports from "geezers"!

Matt Forsythe reminds me that I made the same statement to him a few years 
back about all DL&W 2 bay covered hoppers being black, after which he 
produced photos of gray cars DL&W 18561, 19514, and 19578  that I had given 
him!

All are lettered "cement car".  Also 18645 in black and lettered "For Soad 
Ash Service"
