(erielack) It's the end of the Oil City Branch

I read an article that said that the Penzoil refinery in Oil City, PA.
will be closing for good by the end of summer. Eighty percent of NS'
traffic from the former Erie Oil City Branch from Meadville comes from
this refinery. With the closing of the refinery, it is almost certain
that NS will abandon the Oil City line along with the former Erie
mainline from Shenango (Greenville) west to Meadville. A best case
scenario would be that the line is turned into a bike trail.
