(erielack) CR E8 4022 ex-EL 833

Couple of nice pictures popped up in today's ABPR showing the 4022 in OCS
service. No date or location was in the subject, but I think it was from two
summers ago when the 4020 was out of service. The From: address is Kevin
DeGroff, perhaps he can enlighten us :)
