Harvey, there are drawings created by the Historic American Engineering
Record, or HAER.  You can find these through the Smithsonian, probably by
going to the Smithsonian's web page.  I think that there's a web page for
HAER, though I don't know that for sure.  A good library (surely Knoxville
would have one!?) would probably have information about HAER.  You can order
copies of the HAER drawings for relatively modest cost.  Compared to some of
the things _I_ have wanted to find drawings for . . . you got a piece of
cake!

If you need more assistance, let me know.

BTW, you realize that a full size model of Starrucca (Spelled RIGHT!) is,
even in HO scale,.shall we say, not a modest undertaking??
