(erielack) FIRST METRO-NORTH F40

The first of two former Amtrak F40PH's purchased by MNCR is in Hoboken. No. 
4191 has been at the MMC since Tuesday and was moved Wednesday night to 
Hoboken.
It is in the standard M-N color scheme. I would assume that it will be placed 
in service later today.
