(erielack) EL SDPs, D&H GP39s

The latest UP massive locomotive renumbering plan has the former 
EL SDP45s (currently SP 8691-8696) becoming UP 2767-2772.  This 
replaces the formerly allocated numbers UP 4717-4722.

This time, the units probably will get renumbered if not repainted 
yellow.  UP is planning to do Conrail-style patch jobs in lieu of
full repainting in an effort to get close to 3000 units renumbered
in a year or so.  They are even patching units scheduled to be
retired on account of the room required for the SD70 order.

Also, the ex-D&H GP39-2s (currently in UP 2700-series) are scheduled
to become UP 1200-series, specifically 1229-1248.

The renumbering plan completely vacates all 4000-series (for the new 
SD70s) and all 5000-series numbers (for ?).  All 4-axles 3000hp and 
above are to be renumbered into 1000-series, all SD60 derivatives 
are 2000-series, and 6000 series is strictly for GE AC44CWs only.
