Re: (erielack) Weird compulsions, and a request for help....

Speaking of cabooses...... If anyone is interested there was a Conrail 
Operation Lifesaver caboose sitting at East Dover yard tonight.
I am sure it will be there for the remainder of the week unless Norfolk 
Southern plans to use it which i doubt!

Does anyone know if M&E dropped it off during the week?
