Re: (erielack) Backup lights on DL&W 4-8-4s?

See page 51 of Mike DeVecchio's (Henry Peterson) "Trackside Lackawanna".  It
shows the rear of No.1643's tender.  The back-up light appears centered and
not recessed into the tender.  It is also seems that the top surface is
slightly higher than the top deck of the tender.
