RE: (erielack) NJT Arrow II's at Boonton



Looking at these cars, it looks like the graffiti and damage was incurred
BEFORE they got to Boonton. The cars have superficial graffiti damage (for
the most part, easily removed from the stainless steel). It looks like these
cars have been sitting elsewhere for QUITE some time - there's a lot of
damage that really couldn't have easily been done by vandals (numberboards
missing, etc.)
