Perhaps a better analogy when looking at types of trains, construction 
charactersitcs (concrete ties, single track, hi-speed switches), and 
the 'government leadership' as some of you put it would be comparing
the cutoff restoration with the rebuilding of the Atlantic City line by
Amtrak.  How long did that take?

At a minimum, CSX's pace will dismiss those who say it can't PHYSICALLY 
be done. Its the ORGANIZATION and the WILL that will make or break it.
