I don't know if this will help, Their have been some Arrow II cars
stored next to PATH's Harrison yard for some time.

I read a news item some time ago in one of the rail magazines stating
that a private company purchased some Arrow II's and planned to try to
make a deal with Amrak to take over the Philadelphia-Harrisburg service
using Arrow II rehabs.
