It depends when the photo was taken.  The DL&W  number 932 was a Fairbanks
Morse H-16-44 (baby trainmaster) built 1953, became EL 1932, sold 1966.  The
EL 932 was a former Erie Alco RS-3, same number, built 1953, lasted till CR.
