I used to spend a lot of time as a teenager at the PRR tower in Warren, Oh., 
known as North Warren. This is where the PRR line from Youngstown to 
Ashtabula, known as the PY&A Secondary crossed the Erie 2nd District, New 
York - Chicago mainline. This tower was manned by PC operators whose wages 
were partially paid by E-L. This tower was known on the E-L as WN.
