The Erie built and owned the "D&H Penn Division" until seling itto the D&H
at very late date, which date I learned a few months ago and have, I hope,
temporarily forgotten, I think sometime in the late 50's, so trackage
rights were a bit of a "of course, make yourself at home" deal.
