(erielack) Conrail B36-7 in Dover Yard

Yesterday I drove past Dover yard and to my surprise  was GE B36-7 #5029 
resting with the other Conrail GP40-2 #3331. Under normal circumstances this 
Dover local utilizes either 2 EMD GP40 or GP38 engines to handle the drill. 
Does anyone know why the unusual power?

One other thing that I should point out is both of these units are going to 
CSX after split date. The ironic part of it is that this local drill will be 
operated by NS NOT CSX!

Go Figure!
