RE: (erielack) off topic LN&E (or maybe not)



DLW cutoff opened late in 1911.  I think the bridges all bear that
date.

The Paulinskill Valley Trail Coalition,the group that got the ex-
NYSW purchased by the state as a park, indeed is aware of the L&NE
and its 'alternate' right of way.  Periodically they walk out in 
the western area of the trail (Warrington) and look over the part
of the L&NE going to the river.  The river piers of the L&NE's 
Delaware River bridge area gone, but the shore piers stand and the
first pier into PA does also.  Some of the right of way in Columbia,
NJ isalso obvious if yhou know what you are looking for.
