(erielack) Really Foreign power on EL

Talk about foreign power!  I have a photo of a N de M (Mexican National) GP38 
(I think) that I took in the small yard near State Line Tower in Hammond, 
Indiana on the EL in February 1975.  The engine was brand new and (I assume) 
waiting for delivery from the EMD plant.  A very colorful engine in Red, 
Yellow, and Black.  

I also have a photo of the interior of the tower with its 100+ manual 
interlocking levers.
