Hi All: I am placing this caveat for anyone considering ordering brass models from John Glaab of Peach Creek Shops in Laurel,MD. It seems Mr. Glaab can take orders but he doesn't know what to do with them. After more than a month, the order I placed for a Railworks caboose was never sent to Railworks. This was after repeated calls to Mr. Glaab who assured me each time the caboose was on its way. When exposed to the truth Mr. Glaab felt the solution was abuse and belligerence. Fortunately, Mike Del Vecchio recommended Bob Fischer at the Gingerbread Stop (www.gingerb.com). Bob graciously helped me get the caboose I wanted. It certainly is a pleasure to do business with people like Bob and Mike.
