I'm new to this site and interested in info, pix, maps about the old DL&W mainline especially from Elmira west to Leicester. I've scoured the web and found a fair amount of good stuff in general but little specific to that area. One operation I'm curious about is the Dansville Hill area and helper operations there. I have books by DeYoung, Krause/Crist, and Sweetland - all very good and I'd love to find more Also, I've seen some old geo survey maps (early 50's) of that area in other people's homes and would love to get hold of some myself.
