Stevie I dont think that was an SD40. theres a few Conrail Gp40's running around dover Labeled SD40. 7887 I think is one and 8831 or something. I just saw it the other day. My eyes popped out! No such thing as a 4 wheel trucked sd40 is there? I think if Conrail sent anything that heavy up to Washington at least on the north side of the station, it would fall off the cliff. When I rode with Apgar in Oct on his last trip, I noticed Just how bad the rail was.
