Walt- That's a standard Athearn unit & number which has been out since at least November 1, 1979 (date I bought mine). Note the color on the "maroon" stripe, It almost looks brown. After twenty years, mine still runs very well along with its sister #2564 which I have as purchased on March 24, 1973.
