Scott had mentioned that the yard in Washington was a mess and that it is rather a depressing sight these days. Will this Conrail local DJ-61/AL-18 be operated by Conrail under NS ownership or with this operation under DJ be taken over by the Morristown & Erie Railroad or neither?? I am just curious as to what will happen now that NS assumed operation as of Sept 1st. I heard a rumor that that welded rail will be layed down between Allentown, Pa and milepost 60 in Rockport/Hackettstown. Are there any plans to run more trains between Dover and Washington a couple years down the road???
