Diesel Era Vol 8 No.2 reports that 3669 (ex-2563) has been painted into the
orange/black Eastern Idaho paint scheme, and is one of two units painted
with special youth-education billboard slogans. Ex-UP 793 is painted with
a D.A.R.E. (drug resistance) slogan, while ex-EL 3669 is painted with the
G.R.E.A.T. (gang resistance) message.

I have to concur that the 2563 seems to be the last (and only) operating EL
GP-35.
