(erielack) PRR at East Stroudsburg

The PRR's Bel-Del line connected to the Lackawanna at Manunka Chunk, NJ on
the old road. After the Cutoff opened all of the major passenger trains
were moved off the old road.  The PRR was given trackage rights over the
DL&W to East Stroudsburg as this was the best place to allow passengers to
connect and turn locomotives at Gravel Place.

The Delaware Valley RR, a shortline that ran to Bushkill Falls also used
the East Stroudsburg station and at one time offered through Pullman
service to Philadelphia via this PRR connection.
