RE: (erielack) Life-Like Erie PA's in black/yellow



Bill,

	You're correct; the change occurred in 1964 (or 1965?) when William
White became the President and decreed the DL&W passenger colors would be
universal on all EL units. Don't know if this was a cost saving routine, or
just sentimentality.... Odd fact: The C424's were the ONLY EL units factory
delivered in the black freight scheme.
