We stopped up at Bailey Tower in Conrail's Frontier Yard early in the
morning during Buffalo's "Blizzard of '99" to see how Conrail was handling
things and to try and catch some pictures of CR's Snow Jets. While Chicago
area railroading was virtually at a standstill it was nearly business as
usual in the Buffalo area despite the fact that we had almost as much snow
as the Chicago area!
