    July 28, 1998 Delaware, Lackawanna & Western RR bridge over Military Road near Skillen St. in Buffalo.
    After catching the OCS we decided to head over to the Central's Belt Line and see what was up with the derailment from the night before.
    After catching 5 or 6 trains there I headed over to the Lackawanna bridge at Military Road as I had been putting off shooting it for the past month before they painted out the lettering.
    Talk about JUST IN TIME! The crew was working on the bridge as I drove up, this is what I saw, I almost had a heart attack! I didn't know they hadn't started the other side yet!

    After shooting the terminal I ran over to the other side of the Bailey Ave. bridge to catch a time exposure of a CR C40-8W that was waiting for the signal.
    As I tripped the shutter he pulled away, wouldn't you know it!
