    The hogger tossed a full water bottle with an orange "CONRAIL SAFETY FIRST" pantleg band wrapped around it out of the window at us as he passed.
    Mary and Bill thought it was garbage and wouldn't wave back to him! You can just barely see his hand out the window about to throw the bottle. It landed 3 feet from the fence, he must make a habit of doing that!
